A Villa Association Board includes residents from both The Preserves and The Villas sections. Members are elected by the residents and serve on a voluntary basis to manage the maintenance contracts, provide communication regarding Covenants and Bylaws, and organize social events to promote a neighborhood spirit. Dues are paid to your Villa Association to support such amenities as weekly lawn mowing, lawn fertilization, lawn irrigation, shrub trimming, snow removal, trash removal, and pond maintenance. Dues are also paid to the Twin Eagles Neighborhood Association to support maintenance of common areas and membership to the community pool.
